By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or using any services provided by Blazer Technologies (“Blazer,” “we,” or “us”), you expressly agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

To use Blazer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your country.
• Possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Comply with all applicable local and international telecommunications regulations.

Virtual numbers provisioned on Blazer are subject to the following rules:

• Verification Purpose: Rented lines are intended solely for legitimate account verification and receiving authorization SMS messages.
• Automated Refunds: If an SMS code is not delivered within the activation session, your account wallet is automatically credited back the full amount.
• Non-Transferability: Numbers cannot be transferred between user accounts or ported out to physical carriers.

You agree never to use Blazer services for:

• Financial fraud, phishing scams, extortion, or identity theft.
• Automated spamming, harassing individuals, or broadcasting unsolicited messages.
• Bypassing lawful law enforcement orders or violating international cybercrime statutes.

Blazer strives for maximum carrier uptime and 99.4% delivery reliability. However, we are not liable for external carrier outages, third-party app bans, or consequential damages resulting from lost access to third-party accounts. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
